I am 41yrs old and have suffered with chronic heel pain, caused by plantar fasciitis for over a year. Because I’ve had this orthopedic condition myself, I know what you are going through and want to help you feel the same relief that I have had.
I am not a doctor, or a medical expert by any means, but I can point you in the right direction when it comes to seeking a heel spur treatment that actually works. I’ve had numerous appointments with my GP, who basically just prescribed me with pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs. And although they did give me some relief, none of these cured my heel pain completely.
So that led me to hunting down an effective treatment for my heel pain, and because I found relief (and now live pain free) I was compelled to share what I had learned on this blog.
